‏Ludovic du Clary‏

After 8 years as a development executive in an independent production company (Sombrero Films) where he accompanied the writing of numerous films, including a collection of genre films, Ludovic du Clary became a screenwriter for cinema and television in 2014. He is currently writing several feature films including "Paternel", a comedy drama co-written with director Ronan Tronchot, a film produced by Les Films du Clan. Previously, he collaborated on the writing of various scripts for cinema, including "Les grands esprits", released in 2017 (author of the original idea, film written and directed by Olivier Ayache-Vidal, with Denis Podalydès). In 2017, he took part in the SoFilm polar residency where he wrote the short film Petit caïd that he would like to direct. In parallel to writing, he is a renowned consultant for various independent production companies (Nord-Ouest, 2425 Films, Gloria Films, Offshore, Takami, Sensito, Intenso Films, Mezzanine, Kazak, Rezina, Sacrebleu Productions...). For the Haut-de-France region, he holds a script-doctor position leading him to follow the writing of several feature films supported by Pictanovo. He is also a regular artistic collaborator at STUDIOCANAL. Finally, he is a member of the Cinema Council of the GUILDE FRANÇAISE DES SCÉNARISTES, and a member of the board of LECTEURS ANONYMES, the association of French readers and script-doctors.
