‏Jake Rundle‏

From a young age he loved drawing. It soon became a passion that would define his character throughout his schooling years. He aimed his sights high to become a successful animator and cartoonist after school. After he graduated high school, he was accepted into the renowned Qantm College in Brisbane in 2004 to study Animation. After graduating in 2005, he found it incredibly difficult to break into the animation industry and became disillusioned with the art form. It was only after briefly studying Graphic Design in 2007, that he changed direction altogether.

In 2008 he undertook an Education degree. Whilst studying, he wrote screenplays and focused on becoming a writer/director. The initial idea being that should he graduate with a degree in 2011, he could potentially fund his own projects and ambitions. It was during this time that he progressed into acting in 2009 and something clicked. Working on various short film projects from 2009-2011, he then moved to London in 2012 and starred in his first feature film, 'Rock Band Vs Vampires' in 2013. Moving back to Australia in 2014, he continued to pursue his love of the acting by applying to the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA) for an Open course in 2015. The course was completed underneath the tutelage of such talented industry professionals such as Sonia Todd, Ian Watson and Serhat Caradee which allowed him to develop his acting skills further.

Now, as of 2016, Jake is interested in pursuing roles that allow him to utilise his animated personality to its fullest potential with a strong focus on energetic performances.
