In her later teens Tracey begun film production and acting when she enrolled into Participate Film Academy and went on to develop her acting career by training with TAFTA (The Australian Film and Television Academy), Acting 4 Camera and The Warehouse Workshop Studios on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
Whilst living in Sydney, Tracey landed roles in feature films such as 'Dead Moon Circus - Part 1 + 2', 'Silent Eyes' as well as securing spots on Crime Investigation Channels 'Deadly Women'. When she wasn't working in film or TV, she worked as an MC/Host, Kids Entertainer, Model, Acting Teacher and DJ.
In 2011, Tracey went to Los Angeles, USA to further her acting studies and featured in a music video. Then in 2013 she created her musical alter ego Trey Sierra to DJ at Oxford Streets 'Name This Bar' in Sydney and also released her first single 'Devils Liar' online the next year - which was later played on New Zealands KiaOra FM. She moved to Queensland in 2015 and was cast in the short film 'Amua' alongside James Rolleston (New Zealands "boy"). In 2017 she was cast in the ABC children's book series 'Grace Beside Me' as the character Hera, the matriarch of the Maori family and mother of supporting character Tui, which coincidentally turned out to be based on Tracey's real life family since the author of the series based the Tui character on Tracey's aunty - without having the prior knowledge to the connection.
She also landed parts on the ABC series 'Harrow' and secured extra work on 'Thor:Ragnarok'.
In 2018, Tracey begun radio announcing on the Gold Coast's youth radio station 105.7 Radio Metro on Monday's from 9-12 for the Monday Morning Grind Show. Tracey is an actor but also a DJ and producer on the Gold Coast, performing and developing music under her pseudonym Trey Sierra.
