Born in Beirut. His father nicknamed Mahmoud Al Rashidi was one of the first violin players in Lebanon. His wife, artist Iman Bikdash. He finished his Primary school at the Patriarchal College in Beirut, and completed the intermediate stage in Al Bir Wal Ihsan public secondary school. Between 1972 and 1973, he ended a day shift at Teachers House and a night shift at high school. Upon the outbreak of war in 1975 he worked on organizing Popular committees to support the citizens in the face of war. In this climate, he composed and sang his first song Ounadikom of the late Palestinian poet Tawfiq Ziad. In 1978 he joined the Institute of Fine Arts, department of theater at the Lebanese University, and graduated with a Diploma in theater. Starting from 1975, Ahmad Kaabour revived hundreds of concerts in cultural, educational, and social committees. He Contributed effectively in production of lyricism and drama Geared for children beginning with Firkat AL Sanabel through a large number of welfare institutions up to the Lebanese Puppet Theater. He Performed in live musical evenings in many Lebanese and international festivals, including the Beiteddine Festival, Anjar, Beirut, the south and the north. He toured extensively in more than a dozen European capitals and several Arab capitals. Active in the field of media, where musical pieces he wrote and composed are still heard in Sawt El Shaab Radio, Radio Orient and Future TV in addition to many of the Arab media. Recipient of many Awards and Recognition. Ahmad Kaabour achieved an old desire to play the role of Wadih Haddad the Palestinian struggle in the movie Carlos by French director Olivier Assayas, and participated in its opening at Cannes festival. Ounadikom a song produced and translated into more than four languages and listened to more than five million Followers on Social Media. When asked what song is closest to his heart he answered that which I have not composed yet.
