‏Joshua Coates‏

His father Maurice Coates was the foundering member of the hit Philadelphia R&B Group Brenda & the Tabulations of the late 60's. In 1996 Joshua attended the Philadelphia High School of Creative and performing Arts, learning the art of film making and theater production. Over the years he has perfected a unique style of story telling, combining a mixture of faith and sci-fi. In 2008 Joshua formed a production company that specializes in story development, scripting, distribution, casting and film financing. Joshua has recently partnered with WOF Films, movie veteran Mark Lipsky who is the former head of Eddie Murphy Productions who produced a number of Eddie Murphy classic hits such as "Harlem Nights" "Coming to America, Another 48hrs, Boomerang, The Nutty Professor and more... Joshua has several motion pictures in the pipeline.
