‏Angelique Rivera‏

Angelique Rivera was born in Chicago, Illinois but grew up in Kissimmee, Florida. She first began dancing at the age of 3 but when she was introduced to theatre at the age of 8 she took a hiatus from dancing and wanted to focus on acting and singing. Her first role was "Pepper" in the musical Annie. While she attended high school, she performed in the drama club's musicals and plays and also did local community theatre. She graduated with her Bachelor's in Theatre Performance from the University of Florida in 2014.

Career

Shortly after graduating from the University of Florida, Rivera moved to Los Angeles, CA to pursue her dreams of becoming a professional actress. Rivera hit the ground running and started attending John Rosenfeld Studios and started taking vocal lessons with Kevin Quinn and Aaron Hagen. She later signed with TalentWorks theatrically and after 6 months of being in LA she booked the series regular role of Evy Dominguez on ABC's American Crime. Her first professional job ever. After American Crime, Rivera has appeared in numerous productions in television and film including "Supernatural" , Gus Van Sant's "Don't Worry He Won't Get Far On Foot", and Rodman Flender's upcoming zombie romantic comedy "Eat, Brains, Love."
