Sheila's goal is to inspire and empower herself and others. "That by pursuing my truth, I may act as a mirror for others' capacity to find their voices, and relay their own stories as uniquely and unapologetically as possible. My drive is to enable my audience to feel connected and heard by my own choice to breathe authentic life into characters, on screen. It is my passion to inspire others to live their greatest life, re-write any negative patterns and share what is uniquely in their souls and hearts. By truly tapping in and being present in the moment, the scene work, photo, or music truly can come alive."
