Raised in Cecchina, he began his career in the theater workshop of Gigi Proietti. Along with other classmates (including Massimo Wertmüller, Paola Tiziana Cruciani, Giorgio Tirabassi, Pino teach and Patrizia Loreti), he created the comedy group "La Zavorra" which has participated in several TV shows (among them the variety of Rai Uno "Al Paradise", which had as its main authors Antonello Falqui and Michele Watch).
