‏Alan Waserman‏

Born in Montreal, Canada, Alan Waserman was raised in the suburbs of Los Angeles by Polish- French holocaust survivors. His Father, Steven ( Szlama) Waserman served with the French underground, and escaped from two prison camps; Auschwitz and Janinagrub, where he worked as a coal miner. His mother, Lucienne Waks, found refuge in a Paris church during the Nazi invasion. While attending high school, Waserman found his own refuge in the theatre. Now with over 20 years of stage experience behind him, and a growing resume of Independant films, Waserman's strong, moody features have lead him to dominate a notable array of characters from the older officious gentleman, to the psychotic villain, and the likeable awkward guy next door.
