‏Kellie R. Griffin‏

A Howard University graduate, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Social Work, Kellie R. Griffin changed careers and followed a more creative path, pursuing a career in entertainment, which now spans 17 years as a writer and producer.

Kellie has worked on a number of television shows, films, and stage plays, including producing and directing Eve Ensler's "The Vagina Monologues," and serving as Head Writer on Tyler Perry's "House of Payne," running two writers' rooms in both Atlanta and Los Angeles, simultaneously, for over 100 episodes. Her most recent work being Co-Executive Producer on Season 3 of Netflix's "Fuller House" and formerly as Consulting Produer on NBC's "Crowded."

As the creator of BET's "Reed Between the Lines," which premiered to 3.3 million viewers, starring Tracee Ellis Ross and Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Kellie is one of only 24 black female show creators in television history.

Currently, Kellie resides in Los Angeles, CA where she is writing "The WRITE Book: A Sh**load of Information for Television and Film Writers and Other Industry Peeps."
