LuvLeighAn is an up and coming filmmaker, who uses her life as source material which includes stories people tell her and what she sees. Her projects make people rethink what it means to be human, and how we can improve to be better and care about other in our community not just ourselves.

LuvLeighAn was born May 1st, in Boyd County, Ashland, KY at 9:45 am. To parents that did not want her. Around the age of 3 her birth parents lost their rights to her (not that they fought to keep her).

Her birth fathers, brother and his wife took LuvLeighAn and her older sister out of family obligation. Her younger sister is believed to have been adopted to a doctor and his wife in MI.

After living in KY for a few years LuvLeighAn and her adopted family moved to Bay City, MI until the age of 13, until her school started an investigation of abuse in the home. But they only knew of one abuse, when in fact LuvLeighAn was abused in every way one could thank. This helps her with several of her stories she writes.

LuvLeighAn adopted parents contacted her birth father and she became his ward again and moved to OH at the age of 13. Less than a month later her birth father dropped her off at the court house, and this started her years as a foster kid.

It is believed that LuvLeighAn lived in at least 20 placements until she was released from the state care at the age of 18, and moved back to MI with her older sister (where life was hard). At the age of 18 before having finished high school. She tried to enroll herself into to high school, but learned you have to have parents to enroll in school. LuvLeighAn tried her luck at college instead. She picked classes that sounded really cool, but she did not have the educational background to pass any of the classes. She dropped out before the semester was over. Soon after she went into Job Corps coached in over lies they told, where she obtained her GED, and then left on lies they told.

While being homeless in MI in the middle of winter without even a coat; LuvLeighAn decided to walk to CA and be homeless in warm weather and just maybe she would be discovered. You know the Hollywood dream of walking down the street and the right person sees you and makes you a big Actress.

Life was warmer, but no better than her homeless life in MI. as she was still homeless. But CA did allow her to try again at college again at Los Angeles Trade Technical College, as they had a program for disabled students that she qualified for, and they helped her pick classes, and assist her to gain the skills to pass her classes. As of May 2018, LuvLeighAn holds 9 college degrees, and several Certificates.

She likes to live above the standards others have set for her. She was told that being dyslexic and a former foster kid she owed never finish high school nor attend college and would be dead on the street before the age 30. She still works at defying those that tell her she will not make it.

LuvLeighAn's long term goals are to leading Screenwriter, Director and Creative Producer.

When LuvLeighAn is not working on her film sets she is working on others sets or Substitute Teaching and other odd jobs.
